You can and cannot cancel, here's why...

Cancellation Policy
Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment will be made exclusively to the hotel. If you cannot take up your booking or part of it you are kindly requested to cancel no later than 96 hours (4 days) before your date of arrival. Within 96 hours (4 days) before arrival and for the duration of your stay, no changes, amendments or cancellations may be done and no charges may be refunded.
Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.). Any booking not taken up and not cancelled 96 hours before arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to 100% of the total price of the booking.
* A different cancellation policy applies for group bookings. For groupbookings ( from 8 rooms or more ) the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply.
Payment with creditcard subject to a 4 % extra surcharge.
Please note your creditcard will be authorized for the amount of the 1st night. In case we are not able to authorize your credit card we might have to cancel your booking. During the cancellation period and at check-in it is not possible to cancel or modify the booking.
