So you’re coming to Amsterdam. You’re a respected professional and you’re here to work. Or you’re here with your friends hoping for the marvelous experience of temporary memory loss. It doesn’t matter – what matters is you get everything you need and we’re here to get it done, whether it’s providing you with free wi-fi, a computer and fax machine or force feeding you sugar water. Oh and comfort. Your mission, if you should choose to accept it, is allowing us to make you as comfortable as possible.

You’ll be checking in and out with Carola, Sander, Ivan, Iris, Emidio, Pedro, Ogimaykel. Get to know them because they are a kind and helpful bunch. Don’t hesitate to ask for information or recommendations. They will book you day trips, put your precious things in the security safe, hire a car parking/pick-up service, rent you a bicycle, give you discount cards and store your luggage. Don’t forget to say hi to the fish and frogs.
